DELIVERY AND DUTIES

I ship all products using Royal Mail postage and costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping is free for all subscriptions.

UK P&P costs

  • 0-2 cards: Royal Mail 2nd class £1.20

  • 3-10 cards: Royal Mail 2nd class £1.95

  • Over 10 cards: Royal Mail Tracked 48 £3.95

  • Unframed print: Royal Mail Tracked 48 £3.95

  • 1 Framed print: Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature £5.45

  • 1 Framed print: Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature £8.95

Europe P&P costs

  • 0-2 cards: Royal Mail International Standard £4.60

  • 3-10 cards: Royal Mail International Standard £5.45

  • Over 10 cards: Royal Mail International Standard £9.7

  • Unframed print: Royal Mail International Tracked £10.95

  • Framed print: Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed £16.05

EU Import Duties & VAT

All orders shipped from the UK to EU countries are subject to local VAT and a postal customs-handling fee on arrival. These charges vary by country but are typically:
• £5–£12 for letter-size items (2 letterpress cards)
• £10–£18 for small parcels (mounted prints)
• £25–£35 for larger parcels (framed prints)

Rather than adding expensive “pre-paid duty” fees to your checkout, I use standard postal delivery so you only pay the actual, minimal charges when your parcel arrives.

Shipping to Switzerland

Most small orders (cards and small prints) to Switzerland arrive without any charges. There may be VAT and La Poste Suisse charges for a framed print order.

USA P&P + Tariffs costs

The U.S. now applies small import charges on all international orders. Rather than adding expensive “pre-paid duty” fees to your checkout, I use standard Royal Mail/USPS delivery so you only pay the actual, minimal charges when your parcel arrives. This keeps your total price much lower.

Here’s what customers typically pay on delivery:
• Letterpress cards including subscription sent as a letter: about £0.90
• Mounted print (small parcel): usually £7–£12
• Framed print (small parcel): usually £17–£23

USPS charges far less for collecting duties than couriers do, which is why I don’t pre-charge you at checkout.

Rest of the World (Africa, Asia, Canada, South America)

Many countries apply small import charges on goods arriving from the UK. To keep your total cost as low as possible, I use standard postal services because they charge much smaller handling fees than couriers. Most small orders (cards and prints) to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan arrive without any charges. To avoid surprises on arrival, please take a moment to check your country’s import rules before ordering
